Services

Massage therapy services provided by Revivo Massage are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information, including injuries, medical conditions, sensitivities, or any changes in health status that may affect treatment.
Clients are encouraged to communicate comfort levels, pressure preferences, and any discomfort during the session.
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with appropriate notice according to Revivo Massage’s cancellation policy.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to cancellation fees.
Revivo Massage reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when necessary for health, safety, professionalism, or inappropriate behavior.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Gift cards, prepaid packages, and enhancements are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Unused prepaid sessions may be transferable unless otherwise specified.
Immersion Experience
The Revivo Immersion Experience includes immersive audio, low-frequency haptic stimulation, and optional sensory enhancements intended for relaxation purposes.
Clients may choose to provide their own playlist or audio preferences prior to the session.
Participation in the Immersion Experience is voluntary, and clients may request adjustments or discontinue any enhancement during the session.
Website & Online Purchases
Revivo Massage attempts to ensure that pricing, descriptions, and availability displayed on this website are accurate but reserves the right to correct errors or modify services and pricing without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
By receiving services from Revivo Massage, clients acknowledge that massage therapy and wellness services involve inherent physical risks and agree to release Revivo Massage from liability except where prohibited by law.

Information submitted through this website or booking systems is handled according to the Revivo Massage Privacy Policy.
