Cancellation Policy

To help provide the best experience for all clients and maintain appointment availability, Revivo Massage kindly requests adequate notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice will not be charged a cancellation fee.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

No-shows or missed appointments without notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session in order to respect the next scheduled appointment. Full service pricing may still apply.

Packages & Gift Cards

Prepaid packages, gift cards, and promotional offers are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Unused sessions may be transferable unless otherwise specified.

Illness & Emergencies

If you are feeling sick or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

Revivo Massage understands that emergencies and unexpected situations may occur and will always try to handle these situations fairly and respectfully.
