How do I check current availability?
The online calendar shows current appointment options. If you don’t see a time that works, use the waitlist in online booking or text Jamal.
Can I request deep tissue?
Yes. Book Revivo Signature Massage and tell me you’d like deep tissue. It’s included on request, with pressure tailored to you.
Which session length should I choose?
Choose 90 minutes for full-body care plus more detailed focus work. Choose 60 minutes to prioritize a few areas or keep your visit shorter.
How do I use REV20?
Use REV20 at booking or checkout for $20 off your first standard 60- or 90-minute session. It cannot be combined with other offers.
Why is a card required?
A card on file is required to reserve your appointment and support the cancellation policy. Review the booking details for any payment requirements before confirming.
What should I do before my visit?
Complete the intake form provided with your booking and share any injuries, sensitivities, or health concerns. We’ll talk about your goals before starting.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Under the current policy, late cancellations may be charged up to 50%, and no-shows up to 100%.
